For many years, I have prepared traditional Ethiopian spices such as Shiro and Berbere for my family and home, building strong knowledge of authentic recipes, quality ingredients, and traditional preparation methods. Over the past seven months, I have expanded this passion into business by preparing high-quality spice products for Hello Baltna and supporting the growth of Hello Mesa. Through my work, I have built relationships with customers by focusing on freshness, consistency, and excellent service. My goal is to provide authentic Ethiopian spices and food that bring the taste of home to every customer.
