By interacting with any service cluster under our parent company umbrella—including but not limited to Hello Express, Hello Bus, Hello Baltena, Hello Mart, Hello Fast, Hello Media, and Hello Cleaners—you definitively agree to conform with these system operational frameworks.

To deploy requests or monitor parameters inside our logistics and retail dashboards, users must maintain highly secure account authentication markers. You accept absolute liability for all transactional data arrays, freight logs, and payment configurations executed under your authenticated sessions. IMBG reserves the right to freeze keys or restrict network payloads instantly upon discovering unauthorized vector interference.

All logistical dispatch pipelines operated by Hello Express or mass transport routing under Hello Bus rely on real-time database telemetry tracking. Delivery window metrics and route allocations are dynamic estimates subjected to urban optimization thresholds and regional safety controls. IMBG is not liable for structural delays or product latency stemming from verified infrastructural downtime or external forces outside our immediate service cluster control.

Traditional food products processed through Hello Baltena adhere tightly to sanitation benchmarks set by the Food and Drug Authority of Ethiopia (EFDA). Digital item availability on the Hello Mart storefront tracks active physical inventory records using background database processes. If an out-of-stock latency issue causes an accidental order validation failure, IMBG will balance the error via real-time balance rollbacks or matching substitute allocations.

The layout structures, graphics, custom source files, database design matrices, and brand logos representing IMBG and its sub-brands are the sole intellectual property of Imam Muzeyn Business Group. Extracting layout components, scraping application interfaces, or attempting to reverse-engineer our software systems without a signed developer agreement will result in immediate API endpoint revocation and legal actions.

IMBG delivers these web platforms and data pipelines on an "as-is" and "as-available" architecture layout. While we actively manage system uptime on our servers, we make no guarantees that operational vectors will be perfectly uninterrupted or free from server-side anomalies. Under no conditions shall IMBG be held liable for any direct capital loss, software downtime, or data corruption resulting from your reliance on our digital infrastructure.
